Style: Chili Pepper Beer
This year, we decided that our seasonal harvest beer was going to be unique and different than the traditional styles. In collaboration with Re-Vision Westwood Food Cooperative, Raices chose the cooperative’s last pepper harvest of the year to create a beer with Poblano peppers smoked at the brewery, green raw Pasilla peppers and pineapple puree having as a base a Belgian Trippel grain and its fermentation. We are happy to present to the world our first ever spicy beer. This creation named Cosecha (Harvest) pairs well with fatty foods, BBQ meats marinated with sweet sauces, It also pairs great with chocolate desserts.
